As the title suggests, I don't find this optic worth it. It has a decent sized window for the micro dot category but half of it isn't usable. The dot is the least crisp out of all my dots (I own about 10 different models for about 5 different manufacturers). As for the, not so usable window size, the dot starts to fade FAST if it drifts anywhere but dead center in the window. On the edges of the window, it dims so much that you cant find it in normal indoor lighting (I assume its even worse outdoors) so you better have perfect presentation because you won't pick up the dot quick if its even 2/3 of the way to the edges of the window. Is it useable, yes, and I used it for a couple months on a very flat shooting gun so I wouldn't lose the dot so easily but that's also my most expensive build so I sprung the extra $ to go with something else (RMSx for the gigantic window for a micro dot footprint but I'm not too pleased with that either. It only has constant on and auto-brightness functions with a garbage refresh rate for $400). If you are considering this, my suggestion is save a bit more and try out the Vortex defender as I hear its got a decent window size and all the qualities this dot lacks.
