They use the same manufacturing process as industry leaders, using highest grades of Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW) Polyethylene layers of backing, enhanced by silicon carbide ceramic on the strike face offering true multi-hit, edge to edge protection. All while meeting NIJ standards, weighing in at 6 lbs, and sold at a great price point compared to the competition. The multicurve design is extremely comfortable for extended wear. Simply put, these plates are a high-quality option for professionals or civilians that are serious about their personal protection.
