Right out of the box. Big scratch right next to the Stern logo on the handguar. You can see where they tried to fix it with black sharpie but it sticks out bad. As well as it was packaged you would think it would of been looked over better. Have not got to use the product yet, I'm sure it will work well. If I knew I was getting a blem I wouldn't of been as disappointed.
