0 failures so far. The trick is to break in the follower spring by loading them and letting them sit. Once the spring is adequately broken in, I had 0 failure to feeds and 0 failure to extracts. All the issues you see are only seen fresh out of the box. These mags work perfectly fine. I could understand someone only trusting OEM to carry, however, I have had 0 failures with 124g and I will be trusting these to carry. Regardless, give them a try at the very least and make your own conclusions. But for me, they have been flawless.

Clear glass, great reticle, great price. A little on the heavier side though. Still, for the price you can't get much better.
