Outstanding piece of gear!

I purchased this unit as the primary sight on my competition revolver. Took it to the range a few days after it arrived to sight it in. The green reticle has always been easier for me to pick up as opposed to red dots or amber. Your experience may differ. It was very easy to make elevation and windage adjustments and the unit held its zero despite being hammered by over 100 rounds of .357 magnum loads in a revolver with no natural recoil absorption like you would find in the moving slide of an automatic. Took me about a dozen rounds drawing from the hip to develop a reliable technique for acquiring the dot, but once I had it down, it was a no brainer after that. All-in-all it is an excellent addition to the gun and I love the fact that there are no batteries to change.
