So I picked this up from OP (gold trim). Looks great and matched an aesthetic I was going for. So far really good.
I take it to the range and discover it has a built in “feature”. When the last round in the magazine is fired the Charging handles poops out and gently taps you on the nose. How nice. No there is NO need to count rounds or question “is the magazine empty”. The CH will let you know.
Since this was a new build and I was zeroing starting with 3 round groups. I got quite a gentle alerts that the last round has, in fact been fired. It happened so often I think I failed to notice if it stopped. I think by the end of the session it might have stopped but it is something I will keep an eye on.
