nice scope

New to the thermal scope world. The manual leaves a bit to be desired, but the product is excellent. Highly recommend.
delivery issues

Unit seems easy enough to use, but the two included batteries showed up nearly dead and only lasted about 3-5 minutes each as I was trying to set the scope up on my kitchen table. Also, the cable that was included for the external battery pack has a standard USB on one side and a USB C on the other, so it is not usable to run the scope with this cable, since both are USB-C connectors. So now I need to make a run to town to buy batteries and the correct cable and I will not able to use today as I hoped.
Hopefully the battery drain is not this extreme when I get new batteries bought, or the unit will be basically unusable.
