After waiting for 2 months for the 20" upper to ship (not OP fault), I went to the stag website. The estimated availability was unknown. Decided to cancel that order and get the 16", which was in stock. Put it on an Anderson lower with a rise trigger, Luth-ar stock, JP enterprises buffer. Tried Hornady Black 105, best group was 3". Hornady Match 103 were a little better, 2.5". I'm going to try the Hornady 108 next. This is the worst shooting upper I have ever purchased. My BCA 300 BO upper shot 1 moa out of the box. Overall way more of a hassle than its worth for a lefty AR. It also had feeding issues, but that could be the magazines. My hopes were to have it ready for varmint season, but it looks like I will be troubleshooting instead.

I would love to tell everyone that this bcg is the bees knees. However I would need to be able to install it in an upper. I ordered a left-handed upper and this bcg in january, and the estimated shipping date was febuary 18th. Bcg finally shipped last week, and the upper's new estimated shipping date is March 27th and changing daily. Now I know that this not Optic Planets fault. Im hopeful that my upper is running so late because of rigorous qc testing, but im not going to hold my breath. If there were more lefty options, I would have went a different route. Anyone looking to buy something on backorder from Stag, the estimated shipping date is just nonsense.
