Bushnell Prime 1700 6x24 Laser Rangefinder
This thing is built well into a small lightweight package. It is easy to operate, and it makes life so much easier when calibrating sights and target shooting. The display is relatively intuitive, although some of the display icons leave me scratching my head. My only negative experience with this so far is that the display is too easily lost when it starts getting dark out, or if the thing you are targeting is the same color as the reticle (black). The reticle is also focused by the focus ring, which seems odd to me.

First plate, not sure what to expect...

The multi-curve plate is recommended for the front of the body because it *should* be a better fit for the chest, but the middle of this plate presses down on my chest (making breathing more difficult), and yet, the top, bottom, and sides of the plate are floating several inches away from my body. I actually had to double check that it wasn't in backwards. It wasn't.
Not enough curve to be useful for me. I'm over 6' and weigh about 185 lbs. I suppose if you have a gut or a flat chest it would fit better.
Haven't been shot yet, so I can't speak to that aspect of the plate.
