The factory base only had one spot for rings in the rear, I couldn't move the scope forward enough. This base has more options and allowed my scope to be mounted more forward. Fits My Kimber 8400 perfectly.

Great tool. Really opened my eye to how far off my "manual" torque estimates were. Surprised I haven't broken more or stripped more things than I have.

I really like the chart that gives you torque requirements for each screw size. Just measure the shaft match it to the chart and you have the appropriate torque settings.
