I’d been reviewing thermal imaging rifle scopes for about a year. Family members had bought the 35-384 and offered nothing but GREAT comments. I had an infrared scope. I wanted more. Ideally dual purpose…to use as a thermal scope, and as a hand held thermal viewer. Best of both worlds here, WITHOUT breaking the bank.

I'm thinging I'm going to put this on a 25 45 Sharps rifle I've built. Have high hopes for this, especially for pig hunting. Reviews were good, so I figured I'd take the plunge. Will update if necessary.

.308 Black Nitride BCG

As always, Aero Precision delivers. Using the .308 Black Nitride BCG in an AR 10, caliber 6.5 Creedmoor. The rest of this rifle is Aero Precision, why not do it all. Looking forward to shooting this rifle. Bolt works as it should.

Leupold VX-3i 6.5-20x50mm Side Focus CDS Riflescope

This will be my 2nd Leupold scope, the 1st being a Varix 2 3x9x40. Glass is GREAT! Clear, easy to focus. With my "OLD EYES", the 20 magnification will come in handy. Plans to install on a Savage 10 6.5 Creedmoor. Will be using for target shooting, long range shooting, as well as deer / pig hunting. Once installed, I'll work up a 'reload', the order the CDS Dial. I've a feeling this will NOT be the last Leupold; DEFINATELY not my last order from Optics Planet. As a 'plug' for them, they have some of the FASTEST shipping I've dealt with.

Leupold Mark 2 IMS AR Riflescope Rings Mount

Leupold mount for Leupold scope. First time buying Leupold 1-piece mount. This will work GREAT on my 243 Win. Wanted this type of mount for ease in 'relocating' scopes from weapon to weapon...ie bolt to AR, and vice versa. IF....the name Leupold means and upholds QUALITY, I'm sure I'll be 100% satisfied.

Nikon Monarch 5 4-20x50 ED Rifle Scope
I bought this for an AR 10 in 7mm 08. Good caliber, so I thought "Why not put a good scope!" Easy focusing, adjustment from 4 to 20, with my old eyes, that'll make seeing my target MUCH EASIER! It came with the sunshade....haven't decided on that yet. As soon as I define my 'load' for that particular rifle, I'll send in for the laser etched elevation dial.
