Very Happy!

I ordered two pair of these glasses, one clear reading pair and a second pair of dark glasses with the polarized G-15 Gray Green lenses. I recently got hearing aids and most conventional temples on glasses drop behind the ear. The bayonet temples go straight back. Well, I still have a pair of the original pilot's glasses that I bought in the PX in the Benning School for Wayward Boys in 1974. With the bayonet temples, they were the most comfortable glasses I had to wear for long duration but the only problem was that they were obviously not prescription. (I hate this getting old business!) So I called American Optical and they said Optics' Planet will make you prescription glasses. I went to my Eye Doc and got all of the measurements using the old original pilot's glasses and filled out the forms on line. Well, a couple of days later, I got a call from Optics Planet and a very astute gentleman asked if I really intended to order the clear pair as lined bifocals and the dark glasses as progressive bifocals. THANK YOU, THANK YOU! He made the correction to the order on the spot. He was also adjust the charges for the extra $15 +/-. He made it so easy. So, about three weeks later, here come the glasses and the moment of truth. Were the measurements right? Were they both progressive lenses? Yep! Everything was dead on target.
