FAB Defense PTK Ergonomic Pointing Grip
Ergonomically, I think this is one of the better foregrips you can get regardless of price as long as you are comfortable holding it support out. There are tons and tons of options and some get really expensive, I think this product sometimes gets overlooked because it is priced below most comparable grips. I know I feared it was cheaply made or that something was wrong with it because it was significantly less than the magpul grip that is similar in size. There are no issues with durability, it straps on tight to the picatinny rail (no keymod or mlok option without an adapter) and it feels really good in your hand. Solid platform for not a lot of money.

Magpul MS4 Dual QD GEN 2 Multi-Mission Sling
As long as your gun is set up to receive the QD push-buttons and doesn't require you to purchase adapater sockets, this is the best QD sling for single and 2-point mounting you can get for the price, in my opinion. It converts effortlessly for the two positions I carry my rifle in: Single point for active ready and 2 point for patrol/moving. It might not work well for someone who is really big and decked out with a lot of gear without some kind of an extension. I'm 6'2, 215 and it fits fine around my plate carriers and magpouches.

Fits well with RMR

1/3 co-witness supports a Trijicon rmr(type 2) to align with the magpul mbus flip up sights. When the pop-up sights are down the channel through the mount is wide enough to allow a sight picture which is nice compared to some that are solid/have no channel. The hold is solid and fits perfectly for the RMR.
