Three times the price for little to no gain over standard tunable guide rods.

I was quite excited to try this system due to the reviews you see about them. Unfortunately, after a good bit of testing with the spring rates in USPSA and practice I neither see or feel a difference in felt recoil or muzzle flip. I have been using a stainless guide rod and spring for many years now, switching to the DPM system made no difference I can see or feel. It gets 3 stars simply because it is better than the stock system. I swapped back to my other guide rod and spring combo as it is better tuned to my ammo and shooting style for competition.

Perfect fit and function.

I was skeptical due to the price, but this slide fit all of the parts perfectly and has run like a champ ever since. We will see how the finish holds up, but for now ~1500 rounds in and it's been flawless.

I received the kit with two springs and no plunger. After a quick message to Grey Ghost, they had the part to me within a couple of days. Though I like the product and they were quick to fix the issue, it should not have happened in the first place.
