I bought these to attach to the Picatinny quad rail foregrip on my S&W M&P Sport 15/22, to make it more comfortable to grip the handgrip without the rail slots digging into my hand. They are very comfortable, but they add a significant amount of girth to the grip. If you have smaller hands, you may not like the results. Instead consider the Magpul Mil-Spec 1913 Picatinny Ladder Rail Protectors. These fill in the slots and make the grip more comfortable but without adding any significant width/girth to the grip.
