Feels substantial. Easy to operate the folding stock, and you could fire the AK with the stock folded-no obstructions.
The fact the stock has four settings for length is a great asset. I'm 6'5" 300lbs 37"sleeve, the full length works great for me. I ordered a 3/4 inch "AK Cheek Riser-High," for my red dot, the irons seemed to be right on as well.
