I mounted this forward of the parallax adjustment knob. It's easily visible using your left eye, without disrupting your position, while maintaining your dominate eye focus on the optic. This has two adjustment set screws to ensure the level matches the bubble level at the base of the scope.

The case is well built, and has good padding. It holds 4 magazines plus a cleaning kit with space to spare. Although it's not shown on the pictures, there is a Velcro area on the front for adding a name badge if desired. Plus, it's made in the USA!
