Great aesthetic design, terrible customer service/warranty claims.

I was an early adopter of this light. Purchased as soon as it was available.
The battery drain issue that prompted a recall by inforce wasn’t the only problem. The light would not reliably enter lock-out mode and when it did, it would not unlock unless I removed the batteries to re-set.
Now comes the real heart of the issue.
Inforce customer service is terrible. Getting any information about my warranty return is like pulling teeth.
They have now had possession of my light for 15 weeks.
Now they have again listed them for sale on their website yet I am still waiting for mine to return.
At 12 weeks in, I asked for an update. Their reply was: “ It will be a few more weeks.
Should you choose not to wait for the new light, I can refund you $120.”
Problem is, I paid $180 plus shipping directly from their site.
Customer service can make or break a business. I suspect this may break them.
