Very simple device.. put it on and it works... This optic came with 3 different size screws.. a little preinstallation reading on swampfox site provided insight on mounting to my 43X. Swampfox site says use M4 8.6mm screw on the right side viewed from rear of pistol and 10.1 on the left... just an fyi...
