I shot 20 rounds total with this 'scope' on my 308. Took it home and it would not power on. It clicked when holding the power button. ATN's website said to upgrade firmware. ATN's website has convoluted instructions for updating the firmware, where they describe two different methods and cannot settle on one. The device would not connect to their own firmware update software. ATN support then said to send it back.

I paid $40 to send it back.

After 7 weeks waiting for ANY kind of communication and getting none, I had to call ATN to find out what was going on with my 'scope' (quotation marks because they've been nothing but fancy bricks for me). They had it sitting in a corner somewhere and had done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in 7 weeks. The support guy apologized and said he'd rush deliver a brand new one.

2 weeks later, AGAIN waiting for ANY kind of communication and getting none, I had to call ATN AGAIN to find out what was going on with my 'scope.' They had it sitting in a corner STILL, and AGAIN had done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

They FINALLY seemed to get their act together and overnighted a brand new one.

I charged it all night, mounted it to my rifle, and drove the 45 min to the range again, to hopefully finally get my 'scope' sighted in once and for all.

I read straight from the instruction manual, creating a profile and then attempting to zero the reticle. While zeroing, I took my very first shot with the brand new replacement 'scope' and it shut off completely, neve
