I like the fact that there's no skirt to damage when loading for a follow up shot on the crows and mockingbirds that ravage my fig and blueberry bushes. Accuracy is good enough to 50yds and something about that roundball meeting their meat is a sight and sound ofa primal ballistic wonder! Very effective in my gamo 22cal break barrels.

These 15.43grn. Pellets have been consistently taking 1st place in a cost/ benefit analysis test using gamo break barrel and crosman 362 pump up air rifle's. The pointed 14.3grn. Crosman is a close 2nd.
Tested a few at 20yds from a Rem.870,cylinder bore,18.5"bl. Groups of the #1 buck were 6"-7"nice round clusters. Recoil is much lighter than the std 2.75"9 pellet 00buck from Winchester (1325fps)vs. 9 #1 buck(lighter)at 1150fps. It still packs plenty of punch out to 50yds or so. Try some, your rotator cuff will thank you!
Excellent cycling and stupid accuracy from a couple of 10/22's,a Savage 64, and a walther p-22 pistol. All the aforementioned have the actions and triggers polished twice with flitz and dremel tool, spring upgrades, and kept lubed and clean. Otherwise, nothing fancy or titanium. Easy, cheap way to get great performance with most ammo. In the case of the Aguila,I'm sure that it would work fine in most actions, long as they're clean. The 1,130 fos velocity seems to be a sweet spot, especially in my 10/22's. I saw that some think this is subsonic, but to my knowledge that stops happening after 1085 + fps. I definitely hear the "crack" into supersonic in my rifles and I run a lot of both. Knowledge is Power and the standard 40gr/1130fps Aguila has just the right balance for practice or knocking off Pestilence E'rytime, all the time! Get Some! I hoped it wouldn't be a dud because the idea is sound. However, somewhere between the inception and the final product, things went awry. First, the blue reticle l.e.d. can't be seen in the sunlight. Second, the blue led is hazy/double image indoors and in low light. Third, the image quality leaves a lot to be desired for it is not very clear. These are the 3 reasons why this dog won't hunt! Now, I must try the return process and I am once again hoping that it is opposite of my experience with the Vism duo. The only thing that looked good was the green dot,but I don't know if it would zero. The other problems kept me from getting to that point. Save your money and get a well known quality optic like the Burris 3x,Primary arms 3x,or the holy grail of 3x prisms, the Vortex. Pope
