So I am never one to leave reviews, but since I bought this powder dropper from my Grandma for winning a long range shooting event, I felt I better let someone know. The unit seemed pretty nice out of the package & in setup, which means a lot to me & Grandma. We first notices some flashing of the screen a month or so after we started loading. The loads were very consistent & the screen was doing what it was suppose to for loading like 400 to 600 rounds. The straw that broke the camel back was Grandma yesterday attempting to load up some brass for a coyote shot coming up & the darn thing stop dropping powder, screen went black & the dropper continued to turn very slow. I attempted to unplug & restore power & nothing happened. We call the customer service number & left a message. Is there someone I can talk to ASAP because I am trying to get my loads ready for this July shot. We really wanted this machine to work, but based off the other reviews, well we were shooting in the dark trying to beat the odds.
