I needed a thread protector for my new Glock 19 barrel. This one was specific to 9mm & I felt the nothches were attractive. It provided a nice contrast to my stainless barrel & also wasn't too expensive. What got me was the $11 I paid for shipping.

I have a G19 G4 & put a Trybe Defense Pistol slide on it. It has cuts in the sides & top. Thought a polished stainless threaded barrel would look sweet. Ordered it & 4 days later have it on my G19. The next investment will be a suppressor. Have not shot it yet but should I encounter issues I'll make an addendum. It does not come with a thread protector so add one to your cart when you order your barrel.

I first ordered version 1 but that same evening came across this one & it was a "Blazin Deal". So I phoned the next morning & got a very helpful fellow who cancelled my prior order & put in an order for this one. Four days later I had it in my hand. First time I purchased an FDE & loved the contrast. It appears very well manufactured & nicely Anodized. Watched a how to video & easily moved the components from my Glock slide. Mounted my Vortex red dot which fits like a glove. Bore sighted it & took it to the Range. It performed well, was on target, & cycled flawlessly. I opted not to install hard sights as I only plan to use it at the Range.

Got me "Blazin Deals" individually on a Trybe Slide & this Vortex optic. Have a couple Vortex Scopes I'm happy with. Free shipping & received in a timely manner. Fit like a glove on the Slide. Got the 6 MOA cuz my eyes are 63 yrs old. Got her sighted with my bore sighter. Just need to go to the range & see how she holds up.
