quality product as well as installation pin. be careful with the ears on your lower when installing any trigger guard. make sure lower ears are supported. if you don't know how YouTube it. this doesn't require heavy hammering. just light tapping. I use a very short wood handle brass hammer with very light tapping.
Excellent quality and extra takedown pin detent that always gets lost

These are excellent quality. I will use these again. Came with extra takedown detent. very frustrating when you have this fly across the room, and you can't find it and can't finish your build. It happens a lot.

I really appreciate the look and quality of this item. As someone with old school military preferences, I wanted to replace the standard issue with a non-plastic alternative. The hex screws in plastic and some of the newer aluminum models are not to my liking; I've had two strip out with minimal effort. These are simple to install if you know what you're doing. If not, a quick online search can guide you. It's important to support the lower's ears when inserting the roll pin. Some have damaged their lowers by neglecting this and hammering without support. I use a small hammer and the correct roll pin punches. The provided roll pin is of excellent quality. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
