Own about 10 Vertx bags and wanted to love this one. Zipper gave out after 4 months of moderate use as a laptop bag and have reached out to Vertx twice and they haven't responded yet. I spent too much money on this company to be loyal if they can't stand behind their products. I don't mind selling all on Ebay and switching to a company that earns the cost of their products.
