Bought the jug from devor major issues

I bought thd big jug from devor a sister company of optics planet. I loaded about a 100 or so and I noticed a deep groove that encompassed the middle of the cases obviously a result of aggressive trimming machine I have tried contacting top brass about this SITUATION THREE TIMES and have yet to get a response I don't want to use the cases because of potential separation issues . Poor customer service poor brass quality and potentially dangerous product they are providing to the public

I just got it today and was going to wait til I used it before writing a review but the only thing so far is the ocular lens cap is loose and wont stay on . is there a remedy for this ?I paid a nice little chunk of change for this item . I woukd expect that all the features and accessories to work straight out of the box .will update this review soon .
