I only had a few of the older #5 shell holders, and with the small batches I was reloading, that was all I needed. But recently I discovered a wildcat round that motivated me to search for more trays for the large quantity of brass I needed to convert, and that's when I discovered there was a new Franklin Arsenal product. I was unsure of what I might get with the new product, honestly, I was expecting a cost savings example. When my test order arrived, I can tell you, I was pleasantly surprised with the newest version of the #5 shell .308 holder from Franklin Arsenal. So I immediately placed an order for 6 more trays that same day. The quality of the new trays is very high, the material is tough, almost aluminum strong, yet only about half the weight. I highly recommend these for a couple of reasons, the price is great for what you get and they appear very durable, something that will last for a very long time.
