Used for installing a Magpul MOE hand guard. Fit and finish were as expected. Optics Planet packing, shipping and customer service were excellent. Pricing was comparable to other vendors. Overall pleased with purchase.

AR 15 Barrel nut and delta ring worked as expected. No problems experienced when building upper or when shooting at the range. Recommend having the correct wrench when tightening barrel nut. Fast shipping and good customer service from Optics Planet.

Contour of hand guard feels good in the hand when shooting. Takes a bit of technique to attach to barrel. For me, both halves had to be started into the front cap at the same time. Without specialized tools, a helper is highly recommended. But once installed all fit and worked well.

Works as expected. Appears to be well built. Fits well in my hand when in use. Have yet to use to remove a barrel nut, hence the four stars. Durability over time is also unknown. All things considered this was priced fairly on Optics Planet. Also, great customer service as well as packing and shipping.

Holds my AR just right. Good padding. Like the magazine pockets as well as the zipper pocket. It is nice to keep gun specific items together with the gun. If this lasts for another 10 years it will rate a 5 Star rating for me.

...and it works just as expected. Only issue I've had with this set is that when changing the expander from the .311 to .308 (yes, you get both) it seemed, to me, to take an excessive amount of torque to get the de-capper clamp tight enough to prevent the expander from moving when re-sizing. I've had the same issue with another recently purchased Lee Pacesetter Die set. Lee might want to check the tolerances on their CNC Machine. The picture on Optics Planet website is not representative of what you get. Look up the part number, 90565, on Lee's website and you will get a better idea of what will be delivered. Currently 7.62X39 ammo is super low priced and from a money point of view you can't reload and compete when comparing the price per round. However, I took my first reloads with this die set out and shot last night and grouping is already tighter than three different brands of factory loads. That is why I reload!
