Vertx women's pants were designed for women. The rise is perfect, they sit on the hip and are tapered in at the small of the back so there's no gap. (The 'other' brand just cut down a man's pant.) There's just enough Lycra® in the fabric to give. The zippered side pocket is great for stashing cash & creds.
