I believe read a few other reviews and 1 thing stuck out was the fit with holsters. I have a G40 mos, and got holster for G40 mos with intentions of the TLR-1, figured might still fit this multi fuel, it's not a perfect fit, as the top snap just bit of reach. figuring can either add a snap or some heavy duty velcro for back strap. another, not seeing where 1 would plug into the light for recharging, but when comparing recharge or the cr123 batteries, might be better off with the cr123 batteries since has 30 min run time longer. do like how able to change the batteries, the flip down in front. i will probably get another one of these lights for another G17, and shotgun, rifle, just not all at once unless get a really good deal.

I haven't been a scope type person or optics but my employment has rumors of going with an optic for duty and few friends have and like them. Figured time get use to it for the change unknown brand or features will be but should get ahead and be easier to transition. It mounted easy, had the various plates for my G40 for the various sites. It was little off for site in but was able to hit near center of the B27 target (8 o'clock 10 ring). The guy at the gun store/range familiar with site, made adjustments so zero 12 yards and kept all but 1 round in 10 or X ring. This was for a qualification for the HR218 permit. The shake awake really have to give it a shake. It is easy to find the dot or ring indoors or outside. I think will be advantageous in no/low light situations (in home). wish had more time using it for more information.
