First impressions was it's intended specifically for long range target shooting. This wouldn't be a good scope for indoor .22 because it doesn't work well @ 50 yds or closer, Thus the long range specific comment. I feel like the tracking was really good so far, glass doesn't darken like I have read in other reviews. However the eye box is pretty tight at high power.
