Best Sub 200 Dollar Micro Red Dot
Written on Sep 05, 2017
This is the best sub $200 optic. I own the Bushnell TRS-25, Vortex Strikefire II, two Black Spider Optics M0129 red dots, a Primary Arms Advanced Micro Dot, and a Primary Arms micro dot to compare it to. This optic is very similar to the Primary Arms Advanced Micro dot, but with slightly different outside appearance. I suspect its made by the same OEM manufacturer in China but I'm going to give the nod to the SigSauer Romeo 5 based on aesthetics. Both seem to have similar battery life and dimensions, and the controls are in the same place. Out of the Red Dot Sights mentioned above, this is the best micro dot. The Vortex Strikefire II, is the best 30mm RDS under two hundred dollars in my opinion, and I have all the above red dots to compare them too. The Black Spider Optics, I have both the low and high mount versions, and I have had to send both back for warranty replacements due to breaking on me with light use. This compares very favorably to the Aimpoint H-1 red dot sight (which I also have) and I would not hesitate to put this red dot on my main home defense rifle. I am running this on my 300AAC AR-15 8.5" pistol. Nice and clear glass, motion sensing activation to prolong battery life, the mount it comes with is sufficient, and its compatible with Aimpoint micro mounts. Its seems to be very durable and looks great!

Best 3x Magnifier for the money!
Written on Jul 29, 2017
I have had this magnifier for a full year and it has held up well. Well made, clear, and the mount is great. I think this is the best value in magnifiers, so don't hesitate to purchase. I used this through a 4 day Patrol Rifle Class on my AR15 and has held up well. Good deal.

Better then expected collapsing AK stock
Written on Jan 07, 2016
I like this stock quite a bit. Its a very good stock at this price point compared to others. Its made in the USA, has an adjustable check rest, quick detach sling swivels (for lefties too) and is adjustable for your length of pull. I will take off one star for two things.....(1) its not that easy to install, you will have to have a Dremmel of a file to get it to fit on most AK's since they are not all the same spec so expect that. (2) the second fault of this is its slightly on the heavy side. If you are looking to make a light weight AK, or save weight then this is not what you want.
