Red Road King from United States, TN Public Profile

I bought this scope for a CMP Kimber 82 Government rifle. This scope was at the high end of the price point for me on this rifle. I generally shoot this rifle while I am the RO at MCGC and don't have any active shooters. My expectations were in line with the cost. I am shocked at the clarity and light transmission of the glass, even at 14X. This scope is a bright as my scopes costing two to three times this one. The turrets are easy to read although there are no reference marks for zero on the turret barrel, but hey a fine point Sharpie solved this. Shoots the box well for this type of scope, clicks are also very nice. The side focus works well and seems to be marked OK for distance. Overall very happy with this purchase and feel like I got more than I paid for.

I did online chat with Optics Planet during this purchase and the experience was great. In the end OP was cheaper than any other seller by $50 to $100.
