Ideal range shooting vest. Two large pouches in front accompanied by two smaller pouches on the back provide ample storage for unused and used shells, glasses, and other items one might want/need on the range. Loose fitting with velcro-lined straps mid-vest provide ability to tighten mid fit if need be. Upper shoulder padding looks and feels right. Mesh material as well provides breathability. Front zipper easy to use and zips up to sternum level, offering closure w/out constriction. Two tone color choices provide clean lines and great look. Overall, a very good value. Will be used for many years to come.

Purchased these for both my 12 and, separately, 20 gauge. Why one would purchase any other brand or version of snap cap, i don't know. The fact that they come w/ wool mops that can lightly lubricated allows these to serve to multiple masters simultaneously -- Protect firing pins, allow for trigger practice without issue, while providing light lubricant to upper barrels. Other, less dynamic brands are available but for the price point, i see no reason to purchase any other brand.

As a beginner shooting clays enthusiast, i purchased this with the assumption that there would be included with the kit a manual of some kind pointing out each piece found in the kit as well as, and as important, an instruction manual on how to properly care for a firearm, whether it be a handgun, rifle or shotgun. No such instruction materials were provided. A very simple but effective addition to this kit. Additionally, the case while made of hard plastic feels just that; a bit cheap. The interior plastic shell into which each of the kit items are placed is also flimsy and in relatively short order will be thrown out entirely. A better solution would be to make the interior hard cast with dividers made out of molded plastic or some other material. Again, the lack of instruction manual contributed to my relative lack of enthusiasm for my choice of purchasing this specific item. Browning can, and should, do a much better job with future versions of this.

Purchased this to stow a variety of range gear. Stiff out of the box; anticipate will soften over time and through use. Very durable fabric used for both body of bag and straps. Interior compartments are modular; nice touch. side zippered pouches and front zippered pouch provide additional space. One issue: zippers are very tough out of the box; anticipate, like the overall body of the bag, that zippers will become more freely movable over time and repeated use. While almost any bag would suffice for these purposes, if you want to have the Browning brand, this is a quality addition to your shooting gear collection.

Straightforward construction; snap closing mechanisms easy to open and close; loops for locking case closed. Hard shell exterior but not overly burdensome in terms of weight. Interior foam lined. Browning should provide tape or some other means by which the interior foam pads (single piece for each side of the case)can be secured to the case itself. Had to use my own tape to do so. Would be a nice touch and would increase the perceived value; felt like the foam was simply thrown inside and case closed. A small point but important to overall value of purchase.
