I put it on an Archangel'd Mosin. It is an excellent scope for the money and for this specific application.
Mine came with spring loaded lens caps (which the images in the product listing don't seem to show), it has locking turrets, and the sight picture was perfect once I nailed down where to mount it on my rail.

ProMag AA9130 Forend Rail

Made well, works. Not much else to say.
I suppose I wouldn't have hated it if the AA9130 stock had a full length rail, but I doubt I'll have any trouble achieving that if I wanted to. Picatinny rails of all lengths exist and are not pricey.
