I called Tech support and asked what product would fit my exact needs to install a Crimson Trace LINQ on my specific AR-15; this was the suggested item by tech support at Optics Planet, so I ordered it ands it worked perfectly for my specific application.
It was easy to remove the factory hand guard and install this item, which is a perfect fit, and worked with the factory front sight which I did not need to remove.
