I decided to get a new helmet after learning the company that sold my old one got busted for selling stuff made in China relabled as mad in USA. So this time I did more research into reputable brands and Armorsource was highly recommended. My helmet came with Team Wendy padding, very comfortable. A genuine Wilcox NVG shroud. And Armorsource branded helmet rails. I purchased this model because I wanted lightweight, and i didnt realize just how light 2.8lbs can feel on your head! I didn't appreciate just how heavy my old helmet was, turns out it was 4.4lbs! Totally stoked for having this new one, looking forward to not having such a pain in the neck!

Heavy, useless without illuminator

The scope (it is really a rifle mounted camera with computer) is heavy enough alone, but it absolutely cannot be used at night without the IR illuminator (thankfully it is included). Even on a full moon night an illuminator was required.
