This trigger is SO MUCH better than the stock SCAR trigger!!

The price was amazing so I ordered it immediately. Then, I checked some of the reviews of Optics Planet and was immediately concerned that I would be left hanging for weeks or months waiting for my expensive trigger that I needed for an upcoming competition. I actually called to cancel my order and just pay more at Midway to make sure I got it in time.

The gal that helped me from Optics Planet customer service was willing to cancel with a full refund, but said that my item had already been picked and was being prepped to ship. I told her about my time concerns and she made sure that I got 2nd day shipping with no charge so I let it ride! Sure enough, it arrived in 2 days in time for my event! SO STOKED!!

I can only speak to the state of their customer service based on a single purchase, but I saved $50 on my purchase and was beyond happy with how I was treated. I will continue to use them, and will update my reviews accordingly.
