The trijicon front sight post is hardly illuminated at all. Maybe I got an old one, since the trijicon element doesn't last forever, but I can hardly see the slight green dot.
The sight is difficult to adjust as the enclosed tool doesn't have legs long enough to turn the sight AND depress the detent. Must use a small screwdriver to depress the detent, then the tool will turn the sight.

Excellent product, works well, very stable. Has storage compartment in base. Removes and installs very easily.
Must have picinnity rail to install grip. My rail is a littl far forward, so using the grip is not an easy reach on my gun.
