One area we hunt in DE only allows shotgun for hunting deer. After going through 2 high dollar scopes that would not hold zero after the 1st shot from the percussion, I decided to try the Riton xb1 after seeing the video of them dragging it behind the Jeep for several miles. 3 years & 6 deer later the thing is still dead on at 100yds with Federal Copper Sabots. The past 2yrs I took it to the range before the season & bullseyed at 100 on 1 shot & took it hunting. I now have 1 on both my primary shotgun & the backup, 1 on my wife’s rifled shotgun, 1 on her 350 legend rifle and 1 on my 308 for PA deer hunting. I even dropped my primary shotgun on the pavement this year in the parking lot, which put several scratches on the scope from the scope hitting the pavement 1st. Took to the range after the weekend hunt & it was amazingly zeroed back in on 3 shots. Took a buck with it the following weekend at 92yds. Needless to, I’m hooked on these scopes & recommend them to anyone that asks
