I bought this for my Ruger 10/22. It is a great rimfire option. I had it sighted in after 3 rounds. It tracks true and is easy to hear the adjustment clicks. The glass is pretty decent for the price and the warranty is the best. Eye relief is great and the magnification isn't so high on this scope that the quality starts to diminish like you have with the 4-12 or higher models. I use this for plinking and squirrel/small game. Works great and I am thinking about getting a second one for my 10/22 takedown.
This is a great scope to put on your AR. It has good clear glass and generous eye relief on power 1-5. If you go above 5 the clarity and eye relief begin to diminish. I would recommend going with the 1-6 because of this. Overall this scope is great just not so much when you zoom into the higher powers. Also, it could use a throw lever for the magnification adjustment and the numbers could be bigger.
This was free from Optics Planet with my purchase of about $900 worth of gear. Pretty cool of them to throw in a free hat. It's a pretty nice hat as well. It's just your standard trucker hat with the normal head size adjustment in the back.
This tripod is everything I wanted and more. It is built very well. Quality seems like that of a much more expensive tripod. The panning head is the best feature. Only one point of adjustment to make. It pans so smooth and easy to control. I run my pair of 10x50 Vipers on it, but it will easily hold any big spotting scope.
Upgraded to these from my pair of 8x42 Vortex Diamondbacks. You can easily see a distinct difference in the clarity and sharpness of the image. I looked at several binos at Cabelas to get an idea of the differences in quality in comparison to price. It is definitely worth the jump in price to go from the Diamondbacks to the vipers. I did not see enough difference when going from the viper to the razor, especially for the price difference. Everyone's eyes are different so my advice is to go look for yourself. Once you make your determination on which bino you want, buy it on Optics Planet and save yourself some money.
