I would definitely recommend this Mat although it’s smaller than I thought it would be. I should have looked at the dimensions before buying but it’s still a quality bench mat and if I had to I would buy it again.

AIM Sports Inc AR Upper Receiver Vise Block
This Upper receiver block is inexpensive and does the job. However the side of this that doesn’t go into the Vice block is slightly off. Like the mold wasn’t made properly as there is a small space between the two and that should happen. The two pieces should fit like a glove, these do not. I will say unless your building a LOT of your own firearms then this will do the job. No need to spend a ton of money on something your only going to use a few times or even worse only once.
