Changing handle
Written on Jun 25, 2026
Review for
Presma Ambidextrous Charging Handle 223/5.56
The charging handle doesn't pull smoothly and evenly when comparing right and left side levers. Wants to hang unlatched using the right side.

Review for
Strike Industries Billet Ultimate Dust Cover
I purchased this to install on a Ruger AR556. It doesn't fit the rugers upper. It will not close even with detent all way in.The detent is also easily damaged just trying to adjust it. I tried modify it but still no go.

Great trigger

Review for
RISE Armament RA-140 Super Sporting Trigger
I love this trigger it is by far the best upgrade I have done to my ar. The installation was fairly easy, though the set screws were hard to get to. It came with anti walk pins which I did not use because the gun already had a set of kns pins installed. It feels like the triggers in my hunting rifles. Clean break and a short reset. My other ar has a psa 2 stage trigger in it and I would pick the rise armament trigger over it any day.

Extended bolt catch

Review for
Strike Industries Extended Bolt Catch
I've purchased 2 of these bolt catches for my rifles. I liked the first one so much that I had to have one for my other rifle. They are easy to use and give you a large surface area to easily engage the bolt even with gloves on.

trigger guard
Written on Jun 28, 2020
This is the second strike industries cobra trigger guard that I have purchased. The first one was installed on a ruger which has a slightly different trigger guard mounting design. The trigger guard only comes with 3 screws and I needed a 4th on the ruger. I contacted strike industries customer service about needing a extra screw and they completely ignored the emails I sent. I've bought quite a few strike industries products and this is the first time I've had to contact customer service about something only to be ignored. I don't have a problem with the trigger guards I like them but had to go out and purchase 4 new screws so they would all match. The one I installed on my psa only required the 3 screws so I was good there.

iso tab grip extensions
Written on Jun 28, 2020
The iso tab grip extensions are a most when using the strike industries latchless charging handle. The only complaint that I have is that they are sold individually. Why would you only buy one after all they go on a ambidextrous charging handle.

ambidextrous charging handle
Written on Jun 28, 2020
This is the second strike industries latchless charging handle that I've purchased. I purchased it to replace the raptor on my 6.5 grendel. I kept getting a face full of gas using the raptor. I would swap it out for the latchless charging handle in my other rifle every time I would shoot. The charging handle has gas ports cut into the bottom of it to redirect the gas away from your face and man does it work great. The gripping portion is kind of small in my opinion so I installed the iso tabs on both.

Ambidextrous safety
Written on Jun 28, 2020
It does its job. I didn't have any fitment issues at all with it and I liked the fact that both levers are the same length. Most of the other ambitious saftey I looked at had one long lever and one short lever.
