Review for
MDT Castle Nut
Not really sure if this is meant for AR-15s, but you could probably use it on one. It's a little wider than most castle nuts. I used it on my Ruger 10/22 along with a folding stock adapter and carbine buffer tube. The finish is excellent. It's also a precision machined item, so the threading is super nice and the cuts for wrench are perfect. I highly recommend this product for any builds you may have.

UTG Pro AR-15 A2 Fixed Stock Assembly
This is a pretty good A2 stock for the price. Doesn't feel as beefy as a real M16A2 stock but I'm sure it will last longer than I need it to. The fit wasn't "perfect" straight out of the box, but if you really wanted to you could make it solid and perfectly flush with receiver/buffer tube.

These things are tough, heavy duty, kick butt bipod legs. The twist knob attachment is super strong but easy to hand tighten on and off. I will only be using this bipod for any rifles i need side mounted bipod on. You won't regret spending the extra money. Have bought cheaper ones in the past that just fall off after you shoot a bit.

excellent upgrade for your AK

This front sight fit my C39v2 perfectly. The machining is great. I like the overall shape, especially how it widens at the base. The tritium dot helps improve the AK sight picture a great deal. Tritium could be a little brighter, but honestly it's about as good as any trijicon night sight and for half the price. I would buy this item first before spending more on other brands.

This fit my PTR 91 perfect. It sits perfect in the sight tower. Very easy to install. With the included roll pin and the tighness of the actual sight you might not even need to solder the sight back in place. Excellent night sight! Can't wait to put one on an MP5 clone.

why fab defense? why?

Thought this grip would be good for my precision rifle build. Le me start wih the good.. it's a minimalist grip and lightweight. The molded rubbe feels great. Slightly better than the enhanced magpul grips. Now everything i have to say that's bad is mostly because iordered the version without the beaver tail. I thought the reduce grip would be more evident, but it's the same angle as other grips, they took the angle out at the bottom of the grip. This is nowhere near a zero angle grip. Anyway the grip doesn't match up to the receiver without a beaver tail well. There's a huge shelf that shouldn't be there.. it looks horrible.

wouldn't cycle because of feed ramp issues.

upper failed to feed miserably. .300 blk cartridges would get stuck feeding from the right side of the mag every single time. tried multiple mags. tried to smooth out the horrible line where the barrel/chamber part of the feed ramp meets the feed ramp cut into the upper but that was not enough to get it to cycle.
