IF YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE GONNA SAVE FIFTY PLUS DOLLARS BY SKIMPPIMG ON THIS PART - THINK AGAIN..
I STARTED WITH JUST THE MAG WELL ADAPTER FOR GLOCK. I DONT KNOW EXACTLY WHY, BUT IT REALLY LIKED ALL
FOUR BRANDS OF MAGAZINES I USE, I MEAN, IT WOULDNT LET THE MAGAZINES SMOOTHLY FREE-FALL WHEN DEPRESSING
THE RELEASE BUTTON... WEIRD.. ANYWAYS, I HAPPEN TO SEE THIS FLARED MAG-WELL THAT IS MADE TO GO WITH THE
ADAPTER ON SUPER SALE..
ONCE AGAIN, I DONT KNOW EXACTLY WHY, BUT IT SEEMED TO REMEDY THE EXTRA TIGHT FIT OF THE MAGWELL..
THE STERN DEFENSE MAG-WELL ADAPTER "SET" WORKS PERFECTLY. I CAN EVEN FLIP EMPTY MAGS TWICE AS FAR AS
MY SPENT BRASS.. ( ONLY A COUPLE TIMES, MAGS ARNT CHEAP )..
POINT IS.. THIS PART WORKS GREAT AND IS MADE TO COMPLIMENT THE MAG-WELL ADAPTER..

GAS RELIEF

Replacing "alike" nonadjustable that has similar profile.. actually. replacing a spare adjustable gasblock that I had purchased a long while ago ( for a diff build ). It turned out to be a POS, it used Torx hardware ( not the issue ), that was so small ( the issue )on the adjustment valve that it stripped. It was still new and never used. by the time I got it out it was mangled... The new Kaw Valley product uses a bigger beefy allen key, everything moves as intended. Although my build is ready for live tests and tuning I havent been able to get away to do it...

I HAVE TRIED MANY MANY MANY DIFFERENT TRIGGERS, AND OR TRIGGER KITS. GRANTED, I ALWAYS WAIT FOR A SALE TO JUSTIFY THE COST.
OUT OF ZEV, AGENCY ARMS, TIMNEY, PYRAMID, AND APEX.. I HAVE TO SAY "Apex Tactical Specialties Glock Gen 3-4 Polymer Action Enhancement Pistol Trigger Kit" HAS THE BEST R.O.I. OUT OF ALL THE TRIGGERS I OWN.
FOR A GLOCK, I PLAN ON SPENDING LESS THAN A HUNDRED BUCKS FOR A SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT. APEX IS THE FAREST COST/PERFORMANCE RATIO, HANDS DOWN!!

It would be nice for all these internet/online sellers to wait a dang minute for a review, like a month or so, so you can actually do an honest and detailed review..
Well, I have not fired it yet... but I have swapped it out for my old tired o.e.m. barrel.. It seems to manually cycle fine without any hiccups..

A nice hat..

I bought a few of these and the blue ones.. They are actually pretty nice hats. The clearance price was very convincing to try them out and I feel I made out like a bandit.. ( Watch out for the shipping cost though, I waited until I had enough stuff to offset the ship cost )

If your bothering to read this, the whole point is that I am a Cheap-Skate and have to wait until the hats go on clearance before I will but them. The Optics Planet hats were marked down to two bucks for the blue and two fifty for the orange. BTW, they are nice hats, especially for being just the in-house or promo hats. So, I gotta say that it would be great if all you wealthy people would stop buying the hats.. ( just for a little while )

So,... I read other peoples reviews and I dont know why others are having issues with this product. This is my second one and I must say that these comps are the best I have used thus far. I have tried from cheap EBay to Wasatch Arms expensive, screw on barrel to accessory rail mounts. As far as a lighter recoil, no one can compete with this design. I have one for my Glock 17 and this new one for my G19..and both shoot vary easy and lite. I wish they had these for my 40 cal, which is harsh and violent to shoot, much worse than my 45. Even though the 40 and 45 bullets will dry fit through this comp, I have not tried to use it with these calibers.
