Scope is great Optics Planet not so good

Took over a month to ship a product that was shown as in stock when I purchased it, then when I was finally notified that it would ship, I immediately asked to have it delayed a couple days since I would be out of town when it was expected to arrive. It took OP 2 days to respond to me and was basically told there was nothing that could be done. Great scope poor buying experience

Vortex Strike Eagle 1-8x24mm Rifle Scope
I recently purchased this scope along with the Aero Precision light weight one piece mount to mount on my recently completed AR308. At first glance you can tell the scope is of high quality. After a quick site in, I was hitting steel out to 300 yards with relative ease. You’ll see others mention that at 8x some of the image quality is somewhat diminished, but for me it seemed minimal. For the price you won’t find a better scope and when coupled with Vortex’s warranty and customer service I’m very happy with my purchase.

Essential tool for any build or gunsmithing job

This product is pretty self explanatory, when using it with the “best gun vice” it’s exceptional. I used it recently when completing my 308 build and it really came in handy. Being able to secure your lower, at different angles is key. The fit and finish is exceptional with what I’ve seen with all Wheeler products.

Product is exceptionally well made. Very strong and light. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a very high quality stock to complete your build. One note, the spring is very difficult to fully depress to complete the installation
