I was initially excited to receive this wrench for the cost I paid.

However after about 2-3 months of using, the wrench cracked along the center trying to remove a flash hider and I was forced to throw away as the crack was down the center and it would no longer fit snuggly.

I had to remove the flash hider with a heavier duty name brand armorers wrench I had. I wish I could post the pictures on this site as you can visibly see the crack.

You do usually get what you pay for.

These just came in and I love the fit and feel. They seem very durable and I am looking forward to putting them to the test at a Gun N Run event the middle of January.

The test will ultimately be how fog resistant the lens are as this will be a cold weather event with lots of body heat from the running, exercise, and obstacles.

I also like how this package included regular glasses types to go over the ears in case you do not want to wear the sports strap. They actually looked cooler on than I thought as well.

The lens were a good quality clean and it clear and appears to be well made along with the bifocals. I really believe this will help my event scores.

I just bought a second one to keep as a spare. This has helped me so much in Gun and Run events for the long shots on my AR for shots from 100-440 yards and shooting from the prone position. It has been durable for me and truly helped me qualify on numerous challenging stages. The product is durable and as a southpaw the ambi button is perfect.

One additional thing I have added as I am constantly running 4-10K events with this, is I have an additional velcro tactical type band I keep at the top to keep the bipod from inadvertently slipping out while doing physical activities and things at the events and stages. As I approach the stage, I just slip the band in my pants pocket as I approach the event. It just makes me feel more comfortable having the additional band holding in the spring-loaded bipod. The aircraft aluminum is sturdy and strong and feels good in close-quarter combat-type situations or shoot houses as well. Really a great value and very affordable and durable for what you get!

SilencerCo makes a great reliable barrel. Groupings are tight and the drop-in and "break-in" process is simple and smooth. Feed ramp is great!

Also the threaded barrel cover piece fits nice and tightens down nicely. I have multiple other threaded barrels from different brands and the threaded cover piece does not stay on as well after shooting rounds as this one from SilencerCo does. I highly recommend this barrel and it would be hard to go wrong with SilencerCo.

If you are new to threaded barrels, do be aware that depending on your holster style and type, you might have to get another or different holster.

Has anyone been able to feed rounds and shoot bullets downrange with this barrel without taking a Dremel and polishing and really "opening up the feed ramp better?

I have a Glock 19 SilencerCo threaded barrel which works great! I saw this "match-grade" TRYBE OPMOD barrel for a great price without threads and the additional length of a threaded barrel and thought this would be a great barrel to have for different holsters where threaded barrels can cause challenges.

When I installed it, I really loved the looks, however, I have been unable to have any 9mm round-nosed FMJ nor any other 9mm bullet feed and seat into the barrel. I have shot at least 2-3 rounds down range, but I had to manually and physically place each bullet by hand into the barrel. A manual racking of the slide would not work, and I could never get ANY varying 9mm rounds to seat in the barrel with placing and dropping them in one by one.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. I am attempting to upload pictures of how narrow and the vertical rise of the the feed ramp is. You can see the wider one is the SilencerCo. It is as if the design of the feed ramp from the barrel is for a smaller 380 instead of the 9mm causing jam after jam, with NO successful feed.

Very disappointed with FAB Defense on this item. I have purchased other FAB Defense products and have been happy, but they will not even return my service request. FAB Defense has no customer service. I do not recommend this product. Do to the company not getting behind the product.

Magpul needs to PULL this or modify the install. Stripped mine very easily with a 1/16th then found so many forums about how bad this product install is. Found this post, "In fact, the aftermarket Magpul Enhanced Polymer Trigger Guard installation kit is so poorly thought out, there is a cottage industry (ebay) developed around "enhancing" the enhanced polymer trigger guard so it can be installed without stripping out and potentially damaging your receiver during the filing and cutting process to get the darn thing out. How nuts is that folks! An aftermarket - for an aftermarket part!!! Mr Magpul do you have your ears to the tracks. Can you hear the rumbling?"
