I loved the look and features of this watch. I wear it every day and must have banged it against something and it stopped working and suffered some damage to the numbers. It was likely outside the warranty, but after talking to customer service they took care of the watch, repaired it, and fixed its timekeeping as it was a bit slow. It's not often you experience great customer care like Marathon and Optics Planet but it has a way of remembering them as an honorable company.
