The plugs are made of a gel-like rubber/plastic that is very comfortable when in the ear. I love the way it drowns out loud bangs and noises (like from an AR or chainsaw) but still gives you the ability to hear ppl and sounds at a regular decibel level. I gave a pair of these to a friend who had no ear protection and we went to the firing range. He thought they wouldn't work because he put them on and could still hear me in my normal conversation volume. He was very surprised (as I the first time out) when I shot off my AR at a firing range along with other shooters with varying calibers of weapons (.308, 5.56, 9MM, .380, .22) and he realized how much these things work! The loud bangs are muffled completely. Great product. Anyone saying its not durable or the band is weak are wrong. The band isnt suppose to go over your head and plug your ears. They aredesigned to be collared around the back of your neck as the plugs stick in your ear. For 6 dollars you cannot ask for a better product. And if you're worried about it breaking buy 2... geez they are only 6 dollars

What a great little product! works exactly as advertised and loads mags super quick with no effort! It doesn't matter if you have stipper clips or loose rounds this loader will feed your magazine in a JIFFY! Love it! I have slight arthritis and this makes loading empty mags a cinch. I love it and cannot praise it enough. Anybody wanting to load mags quicker or easier will love this product.

Great product from Magpul! I had magpul BUIS and the enhanced trigger guard on my platform before I ordered this so I was well aware of magpul's excellent products. This made bump firing my AR so much easier and more accurate. Would recommend to anyone with an AR platform looking for better ergos and easier aiming (both bump and single fire).

What a fantastic product. The glass is crystal clear. The dot is very very crisp. The included cantilever mount has "tacticool" written all over it! One thing that I found out after I ordered is that this product comes in either a red/green dot or red dot only (bright red). If you don't carr to have the option to go from red to green then I suggest getting the Bright Red Only version as the dot is at least 20% brighter. Super durable. Holds zero perfect and is parallax free out from 50 yrds. Awesome is all I can say. Add in the no questions asked lifetime warranty and you have a product that easily hangs with the aimpoints, eotechs, leupold, etc. If you're in the market for a red dot sight look no further and get a Vortex Strikefire 2!!!

Great little product at a reasonable price and great quality. The only issue is with the ARD installed on your scope the front flip cover doesn't have the empty space to "click in". Other than that one fantastic product.
