The H-S PSC043 stock works very well for bench shooting--The barrel channel is large enough to use most bull barrels and it is easy to sand if you need it larger--I would like to see the forend a little wider 3" would be nice but it works the way it is--I would recommend this stock for anyone that shoots from a bench or is a target shooter
This is a very solid well made stock and it will support the HV barrels
The only thing I wish they would have done is to have made it with a 3" flat forend
